Show Highlights & Big Takeaways

1. Know Your Why

Once you’ve decided it’s time to let a client go you need to keep going back to your why when it’s time to eventually make it happen – this will give you more peace in the decision and to see it through.

2. Realize It’s Not Anyone’s Fault

There could certainly be blame to go around, but oftentimes it’s just not the right fit and you do not have to continue to work with someone that is making you feel as though you no longer want to do your job

3. Leave on Good Terms

I always do my best to make sure they are taken care of and have another practitioner to begin working with as we make the transition from our sessions to a new practitioner.
