For all the details on how to get better at speaking and creating video content tune into today’s Integrative #HealthCoachSuccess podcast 134 – Enjoy the show and let us know what you thought!
1. Record a 3-5 Minute Video
Not too short and not too long. You want to create a video just long enough in order for you to be able to properly assess your speaking and presence on camera.
2.
Do not watch the video, but instead only listen to yourself speak and try to catch any phases, words, or “filler words” that you’d prefer not to have in your speaking.
3.
Now do not listen to the audio but instead watch your mannerisms on video and see if it has the energy, smiles, positivity, or emotion you are looking to convey. Check out today’s podcast about for more of the details on how to improve!
