1. See the Signs
It’s important to notice the signs of burnout and becoming motivated. When this happens act quickly to ensure you don’t get too deep into a dark place in your practice.

You don’t need 3 or 4 ways to become motivated again. Choose one that speaks to you and implement it daily.

Please keep in mind that becoming demotivated is not uncommon and if you ever find yourself in this position just continue to move forward in the best way you can.
