1. Starting Health Coach Salary
When you’re first starting out the average hourly health coach pay is $20 per hour.

After you have some experience and you’ve been working full-time the average coaching pay is between $40,000 – $60,000 per year.

If you’re one of the top people on your team you could be earning $80,000 or more per year as an employee. As the owner of your own health coaching business you could earn far more with many of our own IHPs earning well over $120,000 a year.
