1.Pick 1 Problem to Overcome

The goal of your challenge to your community will be to help them solve one problem they’ve been dealing with. Ie. Weight gain, thyroid, sleep, digestion, etc.

2. Choose a Start Date

Each challenge should last anywhere between 7 – 21 days. The maximum we recommend is 6-weeks, but not for your first health coaching community challenge.

3. Offer a Bonus

The bonus offering for each challenge participant should be a complimentary discovery call with you in order to share the road map as to how to solve their individual problem, which then very well may lead to a new health coaching client.
