As a public school teacher, who has a passion for health and wellness, I was looking for alternative information that could help keep me and my family healthy. Over the years, I have grown frustrated with the conventional medicine approach to prescribe the sickness, instead of looking deeper into the root cause. The Integrative Health Practitioner Institute believes our body is designed to be in constant equilibrium and as our bodies become unbalanced, we need to look at these symptoms as messengers. Instead of shooting the messengers with a prescription, we need to use Dr. Cabral’s DESTRESS protocol to help rebalance the body. Dr. Cabral teaches us this protocol, using current, unbiased research, delivered in a very personable, comprehensive online format. Each module not only has a video lesson from Dr. Cabral, but also contains tons of supporting materials (podcast, graphs, PDF’s, ect.); as well as, a Facebook support group, which was very helpful in clarifying information. Every morning, I looked forward to starting my day with Dr. Cabral and IHP. To this date, the best money spent on my health. Now it is time to spread my knowledge to others.
