1.Set the Tone from the Start
During your initial consultation or discovery call you’ll want to outline what is expected of you, as well as them during your health coaching program.
After you’re done outlining the wellness protocol they’ll need to follow to heal you’ll then want to get a 2nd “buy in” to ensure they agree that they can complete this plan, or if you need to edit to make it fit their life.
From time to time a health coaching client will get off track and a great health coach won’t make them feel bad about it, but rather design a plan that is agreeable and then follow up weekly to ensure the protocol is being followed.
