Most of the time, you will think to reach out to people for a partnership because they both think the same way, and they have the same belief system. Although this can be a great start, it is often a detriment in a long run.
The very best partnerships, and the ones that ultimately succeed are where two people come together, with very different skill sets that allow each other to do their own separate jobs where the whole is greater than each part .
If you are great at social media, and marketing in writing, then it would be ideal for you to find someone who is as equally competent in the back end office work, such as scheduling, invoices, email support, and administration. You can both do your health coaching sessions, but there’s a lot more running a business beyond just the appointment itself.
