1.Open the Coaching Call

From the moment you say hello, ensure that you are giving off a vibe of being friendly, open, and caring. You will be asking them to share some intimate details of their health and they need to know they can trust you and that it’s safe.

2. Listen, Do Not Speak

When you ask them questions, do not interrupt even with clarifying questions until they’ve completed all they have to say on that one area. They want to be heard and most likely you are the first person to openly allow them to speak.

3. Recommendations

Make your health coaching recommendations fit the exact needs of the client and share why each suggestion was made based on their personal needs. They will appreciate the customization and be far more likely to follow your plan.
