1.What Grade Level Are You Teaching?
As health coaches we often get too technical when speaking to a client, instead teach concepts you want a client to know about at a 6th grade level – no higher.
Did you find you had difficulty explaining the material to a 10 year old? If so, no problem, but now go back and go deeper on the material until you know it inside and out and can break down the keep concepts further.
